1. Reservations
Reservations are confirmed via WhatsApp. A deposit may be required to secure your spot, which we will indicate when quoting.
2. Payments
Payment methods are agreed per service. We will inform you of available methods and deadlines when quoting your trip.
3. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Consumer Protection Statute (Law 1480 of 2011) and current tourism regulations. Specific conditions are communicated at the time of booking.
4. Responsibilities
Ciudad Blanca Travel is committed to providing contracted services with quality and safety. We are not liable for force majeure events, weather conditions, or decisions by third parties outside the agency.
5. Itinerary changes
We may modify the itinerary for safety, weather, or logistical reasons. In case of significant changes, we will inform you in advance and offer alternatives.
6. Minors
Minors must travel with a responsible adult. Some activities may have age restrictions that we will indicate when quoting.
7. ESCNNA notice
Ciudad Blanca Travel rejects the exploitation, pornography, sex tourism and all other forms of sexual abuse of children and adolescents, in compliance with Colombian Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009. Report abuse to ICBF line 141.
